This role requires a strong understanding of company law, compliance procedures, and excellent organizational skills, particularly for a professional with an MCA background looking to apply their analytical and technical aptitude in a corporate governance setting within the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company laws, SEBI regulations, and other statutory provisions.
- Maintain statutory registers and records, including minutes of board and committee meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other regulatory documents.
- Support the board of directors and committees in corporate governance matters.
