Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compensation & Benefits team as a Compensation & Benefits - Other specialist. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an M.Des degree looking to gain experience in the complexities of employee compensation and benefits within the dynamic auto components industry. You will support the HR team in various C&B initiatives, data analysis, and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and communication of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Support the C&B team in data collection, analysis, and reporting for various HR metrics, such as salary surveys, cost-to-company analysis, and benefits utilization.
- Help in the preparation of compensation statements and benefits-related documentation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new C&B policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market best practices.
- Participate in benchmarking exercises and market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS systems related to compensation and benefits.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for benefits administration and related queries.
- Support in the execution of annual compensation review cycles, including salary increments and bonus payouts.
- Assist in developing engaging communication materials for employees regarding their compensation and benefits.
