We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. As a Compliance Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating our employees on regulatory requirements and internal policies within the FinTech and Payments industry. Your background in design will be leveraged to create engaging and effective training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs on compliance topics relevant to the FinTech and Payments sector.

Design visually appealing and easy-to-understand training materials, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids, leveraging your B.Des expertise.

Stay updated with evolving regulatory landscapes (e.g., RBI guidelines, PMLA, KYC) and translate them into actionable training content.

Assess training effectiveness through feedback and knowledge checks, making necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.

Maintain training records and documentation.
