Urgent opening for Construction / Site Supervisor (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Construction / Site Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to oversee construction projects for our expanding retail and hospitality spaces in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.

Conduct quality control checks and ensure all materials and workmanship meet required standards.

Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management.

Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel and enforce safety protocols.

Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related issues or disputes.
