Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with an M.Tech degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our Corporate Planning team in Noida. This role will involve supporting strategic initiatives, market analysis, and business development activities within a leading legal firm. You will contribute to the firm's growth by identifying opportunities, analyzing trends, and assisting in the formulation of strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the legal industry.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, business development initiatives, and operational improvements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with various internal departments to gather data and insights for planning purposes.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for course correction.
Support in due diligence processes and risk assessment for new ventures or strategic partnerships.
