We are seeking a motivated individual with a postgraduate degree to join our legal team as a Crime / Arbitration Associate. This role is crucial for managing and resolving legal disputes, with a specific focus on criminal matters and arbitration proceedings relevant to our operations in the medical devices and equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of Indian legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the investigation and management of criminal complaints and potential litigation.

Support the legal team in arbitration proceedings, including drafting notices, submissions, and managing documentation.

Conduct legal research on relevant criminal laws, arbitration act, and case precedents.

Liaise with external counsel, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies.

Review and advise on contractual clauses related to dispute resolution.

Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and documentation.
