Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Architect with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a CRM Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to build a career in CRM architecture within the food processing industry. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure our CRM solutions effectively meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements for CRM enhancements and new features.
- Perform data analysis and reporting within the CRM system.
- Support CRM system administration, including user management and security settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems.
- Participate in testing of new CRM functionalities and updates.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
