We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As part of our core analytics and product development team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive business decisions, enhance customer experience, and build innovative machine learning solutions for the insurance domain. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background (M.Tech) and a passion for solving complex problems using cutting-edge ML techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning models for various insurance use cases such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, fraud detection, risk assessment, and personalized product recommendations.

Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation using statistical and machine learning techniques.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of ML models and product features.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and explore their potential applications within the insurance industry.

Contribute to the development of data pipelines and infrastructure to support ML model training and deployment.
