We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Department / Floor Manager to oversee operations within our Mangalore branch. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the insurance sector. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, managing a team, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
