We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive / Officer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the efficient dispatch of goods from our retail outlets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time.

Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including inventory levels, dispatch details, and delivery confirmations.

Liaise with logistics partners and transportation providers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Conduct regular checks on dispatch documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch operations for management review.

Manage inventory related to dispatch, ensuring sufficient stock levels for outgoing orders.

Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to dispatch and delivery promptly.
