Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Due Diligence professional to join our Defence & Aerospace division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment, with a B.Com degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial in supporting our strategic initiatives and ensuring robust business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial, operational, and legal due diligence on potential partners, acquisitions, and investment opportunities within the Defence & Aerospace sector.
  • Analyze financial statements, business plans, and market data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed due diligence reports with clear findings and recommendations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external advisors to gather information and ensure thoroughness of the due diligence process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies throughout the due diligence process.
  • Assist in the negotiation and structuring of deals based on due diligence findings.
