We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as an eCommerce Operations Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our online platforms and contributing to the overall success of our digital commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of eCommerce platforms, including product listings, content updates, and inventory management.
Monitor and analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Support the implementation of new eCommerce features, promotions, and campaigns.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that may arise on the eCommerce platforms.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all eCommerce-related systems.
Maintain operational documentation and process guides.
