Key Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid and basic medical care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all employee visits and treatments.
- Assist in organizing and conducting health awareness programs and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies and ensure their availability.
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers for referrals and specialized medical attention when needed.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment within the on-site medical facility.
- Provide health counseling and guidance to employees on general well-being and preventive care.
- Support occupational health programs and assist in health check-ups.
