Urgent opening for Enterprise Sales Manager (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our agrochemical products to large enterprise clients across India, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure our presence in key enterprise accounts.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the agricultural sector, focusing on large-scale farming operations and agricultural conglomerates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the value of UPL's product portfolio to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and insights.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
