Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Ex-Serviceman Unarmed Security Guard with 3-5 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our Real Estate operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our employees, visitors, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent security breaches and unauthorized access.
Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems to ensure early detection of any unusual activity.
Control access to the property, verifying the identity of visitors and employees, and maintaining visitor logs.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Enforce company security policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly environment within the company's real estate portfolio.
Utilize IT skills gained from a BCA degree for basic digital security checks and reporting, if required.
Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and patrols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
