Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our culinary team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about innovative food design and presentation, contributing to a unique dining experience within the power industry. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage kitchen operations, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, conceptualization, and development, with a focus on aesthetic appeal and innovative culinary techniques.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient food preparation.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, aligning with the company's unique brand identity.
Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and gastronomically delightful dishes, leveraging design principles from your M.Des background.
