Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to kickstart their career in international trade within the dynamic textile and apparel sector. You will support the logistics and documentation processes for our export and import operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing export/import documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations).
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to manage shipments.
Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions and update databases.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, finance) to ensure timely execution of orders.
Conduct basic market research for international trade opportunities.
Support in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant export/import regulations and company policies.
