Urgent opening for Export / Import Executive (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Export / Import Executive with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our international trade operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all export and import documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export policies.

Prepare and submit necessary reports to management regarding import/export activities and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of all international transactions and update the company's database accordingly.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, customs clearance, or documentation.

Assist in the negotiation of freight rates and other logistics-related costs.

Stay updated with changes in trade policies and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
