We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Crime professional to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial crime typologies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector. This role is crucial in safeguarding the organization from financial fraud and illicit activities, ensuring the integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations into suspected financial crimes, including fraud, money laundering, and corruption, within the hospital network.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent and detect financial crime, aligning with regulatory requirements.
Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential areas of financial crime exposure.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, operations) and external agencies to manage and resolve financial crime cases.
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor transactions and identify suspicious patterns.
Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to management.
Stay abreast of emerging financial crime trends and regulatory changes impacting the healthcare industry.
