Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fixed Income Dealer with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's fixed income portfolio, executing trades, and ensuring compliance with investment policies. While the primary focus is on financial markets, a background in M.Pharma is sought for its analytical rigor and understanding of complex data, which we believe can be transferable to sophisticated financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trades in various fixed income instruments, including government securities, corporate bonds, and money market instruments.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Analyze fixed income securities for potential investment, considering factors like yield, duration, and credit quality.
- Manage the company's cash and liquidity requirements through effective deployment of surplus funds in short-term fixed income instruments.
- Ensure adherence to the company's investment policy, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, market outlook, and trade activities for management.
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, and other market participants.
