Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a foundational understanding of operational processes within the transportation sector. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting maintenance activities for our electric vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and support staff.
- Monitor daily operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct basic inspections and troubleshooting of vehicle components.
