Urgent opening for Formulation Scientist (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Formulation Scientist with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our innovative team in Mumbai. This role will focus on developing and refining user-centric product formulations and experiences within the financial services sector. You will contribute to the conceptualization and design of new financial products, services, and customer journeys, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and technology teams to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.

Develop and prototype user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) concepts for digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and other financial products.

Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

Design engaging visual assets and user flows that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in financial services.
