We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fundraising Officer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in securing funding and sponsorships to support our ongoing sports and leisure projects. This position requires a Diploma in a relevant field and a proactive approach to identifying and cultivating donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, corporate sponsors, and grant-making organizations.
Prepare compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages.
Manage donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Organize and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on fundraising progress and impact.
Assist in developing budgets and financial reports related to fundraising activities.
