This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operational flow of our learning centers and supporting our student and educator community. You will be responsible for managing on-site logistics, coordinating resources, and providing essential support to maintain a conducive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 1-3 years of experience to contribute to a leading EdTech organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the learning center, ensuring all facilities are functional and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT, logistics, academic support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in organizing and conducting on-site events, workshops, and student orientation sessions.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and process requisitions as needed.
• Handle basic troubleshooting of equipment and facilities, escalating complex issues to the relevant departments.
• Provide support to students, parents, and educators with inquiries and operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols within the learning center.
• Support in data entry and record-keeping related to center operations.
