Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Ground Staff professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB degree and a strong understanding of aviation regulations and passenger handling procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the airport, assisting passengers, and handling all ground-level activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with all airline policies and safety regulations.

• Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency, leveraging legal knowledge where applicable for dispute resolution.

• Liaise with flight crews, air traffic control, and other airport personnel to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

• Monitor and manage gate operations, including aircraft pushback and marshalling.

• Ensure adherence to all aviation security protocols and legal requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of passenger movements, baggage, and other operational data.

• Handle special passenger requests, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities, with sensitivity and adherence to legal guidelines.
