Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Head - Analytics / BI with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance business performance within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced analytics and business intelligence strategies to support corporate objectives.
- Design, build, and maintain robust BI dashboards and reports for various business units, including operations, finance, and customer service.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive actionable business improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and BI, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
