We are seeking a proactive and skilled Head - DevOps with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our software development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.

Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure its security and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows.

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
