This role is ideal for a Bachelor of Science graduate with 3-4 years of experience in engineering and product development within the hardware and networking domain. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from conceptualization to product launch.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Drive the development of new hardware products and solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends in hardware and networking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering challenges.
