Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the business unit.

Support talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs.

Provide support for employee relations matters, including grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

Assist in performance management processes and employee development activities.

Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with the HR team on various HR projects and initiatives.
