We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree, looking to contribute to various HR functions within a leading insurance company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist with HR policy implementation and employee queries.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
