Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and conceptually driven Illustrator with a strong academic background (Doctorate/PhD) and 3-4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing unique visual narratives and engaging illustrations for our banking and financial services communications. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible and compelling imagery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create original illustrations for a wide range of marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal communications within the banking sector.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing concepts.
- Develop unique visual styles and aesthetics that align with Axis Bank's brand identity.
- Conduct in-depth research to inform illustrative content, ensuring accuracy and relevance, particularly for financial topics.
- Manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in illustration, graphic design, and digital art, and apply them to create innovative visual solutions.
- Work with vector and raster graphics software to produce high-resolution, print-ready, and web-optimized artwork.
- Contribute to the overall visual strategy and brand storytelling of the bank.
