We are seeking a motivated and creative Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning materials for our employees in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and other training materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) in the development process.

Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and engaging online learning experiences.

Support the administration and delivery of training programs.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning solutions.
