Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Instrumentation Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining equipment used to monitor and control processes in our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and a strong understanding of design principles, leveraging a B.Des background to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and aesthetic integration of instrumentation systems within our beauty and personal care production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement instrumentation systems for new manufacturing processes and upgrades, considering both technical specifications and user interface design.
Install, calibrate, and maintain a wide range of instruments, sensors, and control systems to ensure accurate and reliable data acquisition.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to define instrumentation requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Develop user-friendly documentation, including schematics, operating manuals, and training materials, informed by design thinking principles.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all instrumentation-related activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of instrumentation and control strategies, exploring innovative solutions.
