Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team in Pune. This role will support our firm's strategic financial operations within the dynamic animation and VFX sector. You will gain exposure to critical financial analysis, deal structuring, and market research, contributing directly to the growth and investment strategies of our company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities within the media and entertainment space.
- Support due diligence processes for potential investments and acquisitions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and clients.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with ongoing investor relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on financial transactions.
- Maintain databases and track key financial metrics.
