Urgent opening for IPQA Officer (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented IPQA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. This role is crucial for ensuring our manufacturing processes and products meet stringent quality standards, adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLM background to contribute to robust quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine in-process quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to manufacturing protocols and quality specifications.

Review and analyze quality control data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.

Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management plans.

Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, determining root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and legal frameworks, particularly those pertaining to product quality and safety.

Prepare and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to foster a quality-centric culture.

Support internal and external audits.
