We are seeking a motivated IT Network professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and operations within the BPO/Call Centre environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT network, supporting critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Implement and manage network security measures to protect sensitive company and client data.

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.

Provide technical support to end-users for network connectivity and related issues.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
