Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Lead with a legal background to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience who can manage IT projects with a strong understanding of compliance and contractual aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and legal departments.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
- Review and draft project-related legal documents, including contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate project risks, with a particular focus on legal and compliance risks.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and legal counsel.
- Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
