Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys for our agricultural and plantation projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role is crucial for land acquisition, development, and management activities within our diverse agribusiness operations. Post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and other land characteristics.
- Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to collect data accurately.
- Prepare detailed survey maps, plans, and reports using CAD software.
- Perform calculations for areas, volumes, and elevations.
- Liaise with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and permissions.
- Ensure all surveys are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in land acquisition processes by verifying boundaries and preparing documentation.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its calibration and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to provide essential survey data.
