Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual landscape designs for industrial sites, considering aesthetics, functionality, and environmental sustainability.

Prepare detailed landscape plans, planting schemes, irrigation designs, and hardscape details.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., civil engineers, architects, project managers) to integrate landscape designs into overall site development plans.

Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions, including soil conditions, climate, and existing vegetation.

Assist in the preparation of tender documents, cost estimations, and construction administration for landscape projects.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies, potentially leveraging LLM knowledge.

Contribute to the development of sustainable landscape solutions, including water conservation and native planting strategies.

Manage and mentor junior team members on specific landscape design tasks.
