We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Legal Documentation / Research professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our esteemed legal team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our legal documentation and research processes within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and internal memos, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Conduct comprehensive legal research on specific cases, regulations, and industry trends to support legal strategy and decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of legal filings, submissions, and reports.
Maintain and organize legal records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and provide legal support.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in legislation affecting the automobile sector in India.
