Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Liaisoning professional with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating various legal and regulatory processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the pulp and paper industry context. This role requires a unique blend of design thinking and legal understanding to navigate complex liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and various government bodies, legal authorities, and external stakeholders for all liaisoning activities.
- Prepare, review, and submit legal documents, applications, and permits required for company operations and expansion projects.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the pulp and paper sector and advise management accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal legal counsel and external law firms to ensure timely resolution of legal matters.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective communication and relationship building with regulatory agencies.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required, and prepare reports on compliance status.
- Utilize design thinking principles to creatively solve communication and documentation challenges in legal processes.
- Maintain organized records of all liaison activities, legal correspondence, and approvals.
- Support the legal department in litigation and dispute resolution processes by gathering information and facilitating communication.
