Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient and effective functioning of our legal department, particularly within the context of our emerging technologies business. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of business operations and legal support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing legal contracts, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
* Support the legal team in organizing and maintaining legal documentation and databases.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on various legal matters.
* Help in the preparation of legal reports, presentations, and summaries.
* Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors and manage vendor relationships from an operational perspective.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the legal operations function.
* Ensure timely processing of invoices and expense reports for the legal department.
* Conduct preliminary research on legal and business-related topics as required.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal information.
