Role Summary:
Coromandel International Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Rights professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to the agrochemical industry. This role will involve supporting various legal aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the protection of intellectual property and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to agrochemical products and business operations.
- Conduct legal research on diverse topics, including intellectual property rights, regulatory compliance (e.g., pesticide registration, environmental laws), and other relevant statutes.
- Support the legal department in litigation and dispute resolution processes, preparing case files and coordinating with external counsel.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the business on their implications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable national and local laws and regulations pertaining to the company's business.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs) to address legal queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
