Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Logistics / SCM Engineer with an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting the optimization of our supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient product flow, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of new supply chain strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with teams to ensure optimal stock management.
- Collaborate with transportation and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain efficiency.
- Generate reports on logistics costs, delivery times, and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in projects aimed at reducing operational costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging logistics technologies.
