We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee our food production and distribution operations in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of nutritious mid-day meals to school children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and a commitment to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Oversee procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and logistics for timely meal delivery.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI) and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
