Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Des degree to oversee and optimize our production processes within the advertising and marketing collateral manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely production of marketing materials, managing operational workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and client demands.
• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, including material procurement, workflow management, and quality control.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure seamless transition from design concept to final manufactured product.
• Monitor production output and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions for any deviations.
• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for raw material and component sourcing.
