Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Ludhiana facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and market expansion.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, leveraging M.Com expertise.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation to enhance product offerings and market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and environmental standards within the pulp and paper industry.
