Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our refining operations team in Indore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience looking to contribute to the efficient and safe operation of our refining processes within the FMCG sector. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of mechanical engineering as it applies to industrial refining.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment used in refining processes, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and pipelines.
Participate in routine inspections and performance monitoring of machinery to identify potential issues and ensure optimal operation.
Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical failures and implementing corrective actions.
Contribute to the development and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
Review technical drawings and specifications for mechanical systems.
Learn and apply safety procedures and best practices in a refining environment.
Assist in data collection and analysis for process improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and project status.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry advancements and company standards.
