Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Medical Biller / Coder with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate medical billing and coding processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maximizing revenue for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and billing software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient medical records to assign appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes.
- Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies and government payers.
- Follow up on denied or rejected claims and initiate appeals as necessary.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Maintain accurate patient billing and payment records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare billing and coding regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
