Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchant Acquisition - BD / Pre Sales professional with 2-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants within the agricultural input sector, contributing directly to our market expansion and revenue growth. You will leverage your understanding of legal frameworks and business development to build strong relationships and drive partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential merchants (dealers, distributors, retailers) in the assigned territory for our range of fertilizers, pesticides, and agro-chemical products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand merchant needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective merchants, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with new merchants, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, leveraging your LLM knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new merchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new merchants.
- Track and report on merchant acquisition activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
